Travel Online Holidays Wholesale Program

about us

Travel Online Holidays is a leading online wholesaler for the regions of Australia, New Zealand, and the South West Pacific.

Travel Online Holidays contracts accommodation, tours, transfers, car rental, travel insurance and some rail/ferry product. A minimum requirement may apply - i.e. number of rooms in inventory - to be eligible to join the program.

Travel Online Holidays operates exactly as would a traditional wholesaler, except that our website is our "electronic brochure", in lieu of the traditional paper version. This gives us the very real advantage of being able to present you in a far more detailed way. Our partners are primarily Domestic travel agents.

commission levels and marketing levy

To be included on our wholesale program we require nett Wholesale Contract Rates. The nett rate should reflect a minimum commission level of 25% off your sell rate.

To market your property Travel Online Holidays requires you to have an e-brochure on our website www.travelonlineholidays.com. For new suppliers, there is an initial set up fee of $250 that includes the construction of your e-brochure. For current contracted suppliers there is an ongoing maintenance fee, this will be outlined on the contract renewal invitation. This Marketing Levy has been reintroduced as the cost of maintaining a website continues to increase. Instead of printing costs, e-wholesalers incur the costs of full time web designers & programmers; secure web hosting facilities and search engine ranking fees – about the equivalent of printing 300,000 brochures. We are sure you will agree this is a very cost effective way to market your property.

booking turnaround requirements

We will email booking requests directly to you and we need a guarantee these will be back within four hours at the latest. If this can not be guaranteed we require an allocation agreement or direct access to online inventory via your website. This is imperative, particularly on weekends as we do operate 7 days a week to cater for the growing number of agents who open on weekends. NB. We can access inventory via Pegasus. If your property is in Pegasus please advise us.
