This Marketing Levy has been reintroduced as the cost of maintaining a website continues to increase. Instead of printing costs, e-wholesalers incur the costs of full time web designers & programmers; secure web hosting facilities and search engine ranking fees – about the equivalent of printing 300,000 brochures.
